Dr. Sinead Sheehan

Sinéad is a lecturer in the University of Galway School of Psychology with an interest in environmental and health psychology. She is particularly interested in behaviour change research which aims to discover how to engage more people in environmental activism, as well as research about climate-related mental health such as eco-anxiety, climate grief and solastalgia. Sinéad graduated with a PhD in psychology from the University of Aberdeen in 2014 and has been an environmental activist since 2018.
