Michael Mulreany is Deputy Director General of the Institute of Public Administration where he directs undergraduate, postgraduate and accredited professional development programmes, including the professional certificate in Climate Action and Sustainability Reporting. He holds a PhD in Economics from UCD and has published primarily in the areas of public sector efficiency and public investment appraisal. He has led international public sector reform projects funded by the European Commission and the Council of Europe.
