Dr Jeanne Moore is a Policy Analyst with the National Economic and Social Council focusing on climate, energy and sustainable development projects, most recently on natural capital accounting and a just transition in agriculture and land use. As part of her role, she has contributed to Council Reports, represented NESC on advisory committees, addressed conferences and policy forums and presented to Oireachtas Committees on climate change. With a PhD in Environmental Psychology, Jeanne has an interest in social and environmental transition and is a member of a number of advisory groups, including the Carbon Budgets Working Group for the Climate Change Advisory Council, the Advisory Board of DCU Centre for Climate & Society and the IIEA Climate and Energy Advisory Group.
