As Friends of the Earth Ireland’s Fossil Free Campaigner, David Rossiter leads FoE’s ‘No New Gas’ Campaign and Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty campaigning. With an interest in climate justice and a background in international climate advocacy, David brings political insight from Ireland and the UK. Additionally, he serves as a local government Councillor in Northern Ireland. Before joining Friends of the Earth, he led climate and plastic waste campaigns at Tearfund in Northern Ireland.
